You agree not to use bots, scripts or automated tools to gain unfair advantages; manipulate ELO ratings or leaderboard rankings; harass, abuse or threaten other users; reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the platform; use the platform for any illegal purpose; or create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, games, designs, logos and software on Scotix are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. ELO Rating & Competitive Play

The ELO rating system is designed to provide fair matchmaking. We reserve the right to reset, adjust or recalibrate ratings at our discretion to maintain competitive integrity.

7. Advertisements

Scotix displays advertisements through Google AdSense and Google AdMob. By using our platform, you agree to the display of these advertisements as part of the free service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scotix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scotix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Scotix after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
